MINIMUM ORDER POLICY
There is a $50 minimun order policy. This to cover the time required to assemble your order and to defray packaging, shipping and delivery costs. It also helps to cover the cost of going 4 miles into town to deliver your order over one of the roughest shot rock roads in the United States of America!

REFUND/RETURN POLICY
Rarely, a customer may receive product that is unsatisfactory. Each incident will be treated individually, based on the facts. If there is error on our part, product will be replaced at no additional cost to the customer. If there is damage in transit, shipping insurance purchased with every order shall provide reimbursement. If the product does not meet the customer's expectations but does meet the guidelines of the grade ordered, the customer may return for refund or exchange. Depending on circumstances, the customer may have to cover return shipping costs. Contact us before returning any product. 95% of the time, orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours.
